FAQ

Why is camel milk so expensive?

Unlike a jersey cows camels don’t produce lots of milk, they only give milk when they have a baby. Gestation is around 14 months so we only get a calf every two years.

Yes Camel milk is Halal

Can I use camel milk in my cooking

Yes!! Our camels milk can be used as a substitute for cows milk

Can I buy directly from the farm?

 Is our milk pasteurised?

Yes it is. NSW Food Authority states all milk for human consumption must be pasteurised. But don’t let this deter you, all of our customers see positive results from pasteurised camels milk.
